Exchanges and Returns

At Voguetoys you have the right to return an item within 30 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view, judge and/or try on the article as you would in a shop, unless stated otherwise. To process your return quickly, you can easily use our return form.

By registering your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly. After revoking your order, you must return the items within 30 days.

Please note the following requirements when returning your order:

• The product is in its – as far as reasonably possible – original condition and factory packaging.
• You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Applying the right of withdrawal does not void your payment obligation, if any. However, you will have to pay within the set period. If processing the return creates a credit balance in our records and you have paid for the order in advance with iDeal, we will refund this as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be waived. We will cover the cost of returning the parcel and you will receive a free return label from us. We will refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay us.

Please note! For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken:

• Wigs
• Thongs
• Catsuits
• Tights and stockings
• All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
• Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage creams

The above items can only be returned if the item is found to be defective. We request that you notify Voguetoys of a defect as soon as possible after its discovery. You can do this by means of our return form.
