Products
Almost all products at Voguetoys are delivered directly from stock, ensuring a fast delivery. Order before 23:30, and if the item is in stock, you will receive it within 3 working days.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. For shipping outside the Netherlands, the cost is €13.90.
Our packages do not reveal where they come from. In the Netherlands, a package is never delivered to the neighbors. Please note that this does not apply to shipments to Belgium.
Do you want to return an article? Use our return form. Make sure the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. For hygienic items, the seal must be intact. Some items cannot be returned, please read about this in our exceptions.
The package is blank with no visible webshop name.
Please note! Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless reported defective:
Lubricants, creams, tablets, condoms, sextoys, pantyhose, stockings, thongs and wigs.
The above items can be returned only if the item is found to be defective. Defects should be reported to Voguetoys as soon as possible. You can do this by using our return form.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order as we process it as quickly as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can use the return form once the order has been received.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
The full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If the product is used or damaged, we may charge a depreciation fee.
On your bank statement, the name “Voguetoys” will not appear, but always a neutral name such as “Ardil”.
