Warranty

At Voguetoys, we always strive for customer satisfaction and offer excellent service. However, should a problem occur with one of our products, we would like to inform you about our warranty conditions.

Substantiated complaint

Warranty is only granted in case of a justified complaint. A complaint is justified if it does not result from:

• Intentional damage, negligence, e.g. water damage, fall or impact damage.
• Improper use or lack of maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Non-compliance with the instructions for use.

When dealing with complaints, we follow the law. The legal guarantee means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have of it.

Voguetoys offers a minimum 30-day warranty on all products purchased from us. However, some products may have a more extensive manufacturer’s warranty, as mentioned in the item’s user manual. We advise you to report any defects to us as soon as possible after discovery.

Any manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
